Principal Consultant – Organisational Capability Building

Brooke has worked on a variety of stakeholder and community engagement projects throughout her career including with the Dept. of Human Services, Dept. of Veterans’ Affairs, ACT Health, ACT Education & Training as well with the Canberra Business Chamber and local export community.

Brooke brings strong analytical and deep problem solving capabilities to her consulting assignments, having been involved in a substantial amount of review and implementation work across commercial, not for profit, public sector and peak association environments over the last ten years.

Brooke has held roles in social policy and service delivery environments including within the ACT Health and ACT Education Directorates, as well as capacity building and advisory roles within a peak industry association. She has worked on several high profile engagement projects including the Australian Government’s Functional & Efficiency Reviews as well as on a range of engagement and consultation projects on behalf of Canberra Business Chamber and the ACT’s export community including the development of the ACT Education Exports Strategy and the ACT Chief Minister’s Export Awards.

Brooke’s current areas of focus include organisational culture and citizen engagement, in particular working with public sector organisations to re-think critical business systems, roles and processes in order to nurture more citizen centric approaches to business. She successfully completed the IAP2 Australasian Certificate in Engagement in 2018.
