Fiona specialises in designing and implementing the complex communication and stakeholder engagement strategies often required to reach a variety of stakeholders including government, industry, employees and community. She has delivered specialised strategies for key clients including the Transport for NSW – Future Transport 2056 and Towards Zero, Ausgrid, Digital Transformation Agency, Dept of Education, CSIRO and the University of Newcastle, which have enabled transformational change, privatisation, industry, community, government and employee engagement.
Fiona is passionate about the ‘people issues’ related to change ensuring the design and implementation process enables business continuity and engagement through complex transitions.
Over the past 25 years, Fiona has gained experience in a number of executive, senior management, change and leadership roles in a diverse range of challenging and complex work environments with national and global responsibility.
She has worked in a variety of industry sectors in public, private, corporate and not-for-profit organisations including TAFE NSW, Chris O’Brien Lifehouse (Cancer Hospital), IAG, Investa, Origin Energy, BUPA, NEHTA, Tourism Australia, NSW Health and the National Health (UK).
